Returns Policy.

We operate a 7-day no-quibbles guarantee; if you are not 100% satisfied with your goods we will give you your money back. If you are unhappy with any purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund. This applies to all our goods except sealed where the item has been opened and personalised items unless they are faulty. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Goods.

If you are thinking of returning an item please send an email to our Returns Department shane@individualfurniture.co.uk or fax +44 (0)29 20 464145 on who will give you a goods return number. Please ensure this number is included with the returned goods. Goods must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging complete with all contents and packaging. Please return goods to Individual Furniture, Unit 5, Splott Industrial, Estate Portmanmoor Rd. Cardiff, CF24 2FX. Please enclose your name and address details and reason for return inside the parcel to ensure a prompt refund within 30 days.

If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us unless the item is faulty or it was delivered to you in error. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
